Former NATO secretary general Anders Fogh Rasmussen was appointed as an advisor to the President of Ukraine outside the official staff, according to presidetntial decree.
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has appointed former NATO secretary general Anders Fogh Rasmussen as his non-staff advisor, according to a decree posted on the presidential website on Friday.
"Appoint Anders Fogh Rasmussen as advisor to the President of Ukraine outside the official staff," the decree says.
