North Korea`s attempt to launch missile fails
Pyongyang`s recent attempt to launch a missile ended in failure, according to South Korea`s military.
An attempt by North Korea to launch a missile failed early on Tuesday, the South Korea`s Joint Chiefs of Staff said.

"North Korea attempted to launch an unidentified missile from the region near Wonsan at around 5:20 a.m. [8:20 GMT], but it is presumed to have been unsuccessful," the Joint Chiefs of Staff said in a statement, quoted by Yonhap news agency.

According to the statement, the fired missile could be Musudan intermediate-range ballistic missile. The South Korean military is investigating the incident.
