He noted that in the current situation such steps lead to the further aggravation of international relations.

According to Mammadov, about the events that happened 100 years ago, scientists and historians should conduct a detailed study.
"With regard to this issue, Turkey has put forward a remarkable proposal. The decision should be made after a detailed scientific investigation. Politicizing all the processes in the current situation is not the right option. Turkey will not agree to this, either,” Azerbaijan’s top official stressed.
