Russia to remain as main energy supplier of Europe
Energy security is important for Black Sea region, former U.S. Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Special Envoy of the United States Secretary of State for Energy, and Founding Director and Chairman of the Global Energy Center at the Atlantic Council Richard Morningstar said in his interview to Romanian Hotnews agency.
He thinks construction of Greece-Bulgaria and Bulgaria-Romania-Hungary-Austria interconnectors is important.

“Russia drastically opposes to alternative project to its gas. Of course, Russia will remain as the main energy supplier of Europe. However, Russia must obey European laws and norms. Russia must not violate the requirements of antimonopoly law”, he said.
