Azerbaijan to establish coordination centers in European countries
Azerbaijan will soon establish coordination centers in European countries and in many parts of the world, Nazim Ibrahimov, chairman of Azerbaijan
“This idea was put forward long time ago. We are planning to establish up to 5 centers in European countries – Brussels, Paris, Berlin and one of Nordic states,” he said.

To this end, funds were allocated to the State Committee from the Presidential Reserve Fund, noted Ibrahimov.

“In his speech at the 4th Congress of World Azerbaijan in Baku June 3, President Ilham Aliyev reiterated that the state support to diaspora organizations will continue,” he said.

Ibrahimov said the president’s speech at the congress was of a programmatic nature. “After the president`s speech, Azerbaijani diaspora representatives abroad will act more resolutely with great enthusiasm to convey to the world community the truth about Azerbaijan.”

He stressed that thanks to the president’s recommendations, both diaspora organizations and the State Committee on Work with Diaspora will be able to boost the activity of the Azerbaijani diaspora.
