Combat readiness of Azerbaijan

Combat readiness exercise of Chemical Troops of the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan was held in accordance with the combat readiness plan for 2016 confirmed by the Defence Minister, Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov, AzVision.az reports citing the Defense Ministry.
The exercise aims to improve the combat alertness level of headquarters, pass decisions based on the situation, evaluation of the situation, exchange experience on organization of intercommunication, increase moral-psychological endurance of personnel during the fulfilment of tasks of chemical supply. The personnel got familiarized with the layout of the area, special technical equipments, chemical-observation post, and technique for protection from weapons of mass destruction.
