Azerbaijani Diaspora to establish special fund and coordination centers on information war
The resolution of the 4th Congress of World Azerbaijanis was adopted on June 4.
According to the resolution, in consultation with the relevant state bodies of Azerbaijan, Executive Secretariat of the World Azerbaijanis Coordination Council is to ensure the establishment of a special fund and coordination centers with a separate budget that will produce and comprise all data, documents, electronic information resources, scientific research, studies, publications and films on the history, consequences and settlement process of the Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.

The Secretariat was instructed to take necessary measures for the creation of a coalition ensuring centralized coordination of work on media and social networks to make effective use of the potential of Azerbaijani young people living abroad, take measures for establishment of the regional coordination centers of diaspora organizations, raise the issue before relevant state bodies regarding simplification of legal procedures on travel of our compatriots living abroad, having no Azerbaijani citizenship to the country, their obtaining temporary and permanent residence permit, granting or restoring Azerbaijani citizenship.
