`On April 2016, the Armenian Armed Forces launched fire on Shahbaz Guliyev`s house in Gapanly village of Azerbaijan`s Terter region. The head of Terter Executive Power Mustagim Mammadov controls the repair works. Currently, the house is being repaired`, they said.
Note, in July of 2014, Russian citizen Dilgam Asgarov and Azerbaijani citizen Shahbaz Guliyev were taken hostage and another Azerbaijani citizen Hasan Hasanov was shot to death by the Armenian servicemen while trying to visit their homeland in Kalbajar.
