He also underlined ample opportunities for cooperation between the two countries in humanitarian and tourism spheres.
The minister said China and Azerbaijan share the same position in important international issues and noted that Azerbaijan closely cooperated with China within the UN Security Council when it was a non-permanent member of the UN Security Council in 2012-2013.
In his turn, the ambassador thanked FM Mammadyarov for the reception, stressing that China attaches great importance to the development of relations with Azerbaijan.
