Landslide zones remain active in the country.
Elbrus Alizadeh, deputy director of the ANAS Institute of Geography told that the situation is particularly dangerous in the southeastern part of the Greater Caucasus - Shamakhi, Ismayilli, Aghu, Khizi, Shabran, Siyazan and Guba, as well as Lerik-Lankaran-Yardimli and Ganja zones, high activity is observed.

Landslide is active in Gobustan-Shamakhi part (from 100km to 120km) of Baku-Shamakhi highway. The Landslide is reaching the highway in the 106-107th km. The threat of landslide and activity will last at least for a week,” he said.
