In this regard, a new item has been added to the Law “On science”, the parliament told.
According to Item 11 of the law’s Article 23, “the state ensures granting of preferential and long-term credit to PhD students in order for them to cover their tuition fees and other educational expenses, and defines a mechanism for covering credit debts of PhD students after their employment and creates conditions for it to be realized.”
The draft law will be tabled at the parliament’s session to be held on June 14.
