Seoul hosts first meeting of Azerbaijan-Korea Joint Commission on Economic Cooperation
The first meeting of the Joint Commission on Economic Cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Korea has kicked off in Seoul.
Prior to the meeting, co-chaiman of the Commission, First Deputy Minister of Communications and High Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan Iltimas Mammadov on behalf of Azerbaijan and co-chairman of the Commission on behalf of Korea, Vice Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy Woo Taehee discussed prospects for development of bilateral relations between the two countries.

The first meeting of the Commission brought together officials of various ministries, organizations and joint stock companies.

Following the discussions a protocol of the first meeting of the Joint Commission on Economic Cooperation was signed.

The Joint Commission on Economic Cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Korea was established in 2015 in accordance with the agreement on economic cooperation between the two countries.
