Investigation underway after document belonging to Armenian citizen found in Baku

Azerbaijan

According to pieces of information posted on social network, Baku resident Ilkin Mammadov (1979) has found a driver license (RG 052597, BC category) belonging to an Armenian citizen, Alexan Arakelyan (1982). The driver license has been issued by Armenian law-enforcement agencies on 27 August 2014.
