Great job done to organize F1 Baku circuit - Ecclestone
Formula One Management CEO Bernie Ecclestone says overall a great job has been done to organize the Baku circuit of the F1 Grand Prix of Europe, to be held June 17-19.
Speaking to reporters in Baku June 16, Ecclestone said the Baku circuit will be a very difficult track.

He also said he already had a tour around the Baku circuit, and the place he liked the most was the part near the Old City.

"Baku is a good city and we haven`t had any complaints on anything," added Ecclestone.

The 2016 Formula 1 Grand Prix of Europe to be held in Azerbaijan for the first time will start June 17 at 18:00 (GMT + 4 hours). The European Grand Prix will be held over 51 laps on the new circuit of slightly over 6 kilometers.

The maximum estimated speed at the race is 340 km/h.
