According to him, the laboratory has already been established and is being accredited in the State Committee on Standardization, Metrology and Patent. The lawyer noted that the laboratory will fully operate within 2-3 months: “If consumer complains about quality of gas, the employees of the department will test the gas in the laboratory”.
He noted that quality of gas has never tested during carbon monoxide poisoning so far: “We think one of the reasons for carbon monoxide poisoning is a low-quality gas. Because a problem occurs in combustion process and unburned gases emerge in there”.
