Armenian FM Edward Nalbandian considers the meeting held in St. Petersburg at the level of Armenian, Russian and Azerbaijani leaders quite useful.
“The meeting was quite useful and with certain care I can say that it was held in a constructive climate,” said Nalbandian to journalists.
