According to the minister, this contribution will bring Azerbaijani youth scientific outlook and give them confidence and perseverance.
Jabbarov noted that the decree signed by the country’s president is of the exceptional importance.
“The social essence of the decree is that it will lead to a new reality to resume age, gender equality that was an obstacle in the development of science,” he said.
The education minister added that one of the tasks of higher education institutions is creating conditions and environment for the implementation of innovative projects.
