Azerbaijani president issues decree on mortgage lending

Azerbaijani president issues decree on mortgage lending

Azerbaijani president Ilham Aliyev has issued a decree on several issues regarding mortgage lending.

According to the decree, charter of Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund was approved.

The Cabinet of Ministers is to create e-mortgage system in the e-government in order to allocate mortgage loans, including preferential mortgage loans through Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund OJSC and launch this system from January 1, 2017.
