Co-rapporteur briefs PACE Bureau on outcome of his visit to Azerbaijan
In his speech at the last PACE Bureau meeting held as part of the Assembly’s summer session on June 24, the co-rapporteur of the PACE Monitoring Committee on Azerbaijan Stefan Schennach briefed on the outcome of his recent visit to Azerbaijan.
Samad Seyidov, head of the Azerbaijani Delegation to PACE, noted that the summer session was successful for them.

“As you now, a re-run election has been recently held in one of Azerbaijan’s constituencies. There were positive discussions in the regard both in the PACE Committee and Bureau. The co-rapporteurs gave information about the outcome of their visit to Azerbaijan,” he said.

He also underlined the importance of speeches by Azerbaijani delegation members in the Council of Europe.
