International law does not work in Nagorno Karabakh conflict - Azerbaijani president
The international law does not work in Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno Karabakh conflict. However, our country will continue its diplomatic and political efforts.

Azerbaijani President, Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev made the remarks at the opening of the building constructed for servicemen in Baku’s Khatai district.

The head of state said that Armenia constantly resorts to provocation when international pressure against it increases. “The Nagorno Karabakh conflict must be solved within the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan. Azerbaijan will not allow the establishment of the second Armenian state in its territory. The conflict should be solved step by step. Armenia’s conditions were not accepted at Vienna meeting. The St. Petersburg meeting yielded positive result.

President Ilham Aliyev said that special attention will be further paid to the army building. “The Azerbaijani army is able to fulfill any task”, added the president.
