Russian and Turkish presidents Vladimir Putin and Recep Tayyip Erdogan are holding a phone conversation, RIA Novosti has reported citing the Kremlin.
Earlier, the Turkish newspaper Cumhuriyet reported that the two presidents are expected to discuss the terrorist attack at Istanbul Ataturk International Airport.
