Earlier, US co-chair of OSCE Minsk Group James Warlick expressed confidence in the fact that it is possible to conduct effective negotiations only in the case of preservation of the ceasefire in an interview with "Voice of America".
He also noted that at the current stage of negotiations on the table a few suggestions about which the parties disagree, however, coming to an agreement is possible, as the time is adequate for it.
