Azerbaijani President sends letter of congratulations to Barack Obama

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has sent a letter of congratulations to US President Barack Obama on the occasion of Independence Day of the United Sates.

“On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my own behalf, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to you and to your people on the occasion of the national holiday of your country – Independence Day,” says the letter.
