Azerbaijan’s Defense Minister, Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov and the First Deputy of Defence Minister – Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces Colonel-General Najmaddin Sadikov have today visited frontline on occasion of Eid al-Fitr.
Ministry’s press service told that they got familiarized with the combat readiness, moral-psychological endurance, social condition of personnel and combat duty.
The defense minister got familiarized with the operational condition.
Congratulating the personnel on the occasion of the holiday, the minister expressed his assurance that they will serve honourable and honestly, work harder to increase the combat readiness in order to liberate occupied lands and restore territorial integrity by further remaining loyal to Constitution of Azerbaijan Republic, oath of enlistment and training regulations. Then he wished them robust health, long life and success in the service.
The minister gave relevant instructions in connection with improvement of line of defense and increase of combat capability.
