Iran, Turkey to discuss expansion of bilateral relations
Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu will visit Tehran December 17, the Iranian news agency Fars News said Dec.16.
It is reported that during the one-day visit, Turkish foreign minister will meet with Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and other officials of the country.

During the meetings, issues of expansion of bilateral relations between the two countries, as well as solutions to regional problems will be discussed, according to the news agency.

A joint press conference of foreign ministers of Turkey and Iran is also scheduled, the agency said.

It is reported that this is the first visit of Cavusoglu to Iran as minister of foreign affairs of Turkey.
