The ongoing discussions are an important step in terms of implementing the agreements reached at the recent meetings of the Azerbaijani and Armenian presidents on the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, said Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
Lavrov made the remarks during a joint press conference with his Azerbaijani counterpart Elmar Mammadyarov in Baku July 12.
