Over 1,300 injured in violent clashes in Kashmir, India
At least 31 people have been killed and a total of 1,365 have sustained injuries in the continuing clashes in the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir, sources in the country`s home ministry told on Tuesday, AzVision.az reports citing Sputnik.
Clashes broke out between protesters and security forces in the region after last week`s killing of local militant leader Burhan Wani.

Most of those killed were protesters, who took to the streets after the death of Burhan Wani, the young leader of the region`s largest rebel militia, Hizbul Mujahideen.

​Wani was killed by Indian security forces in a shootout on Friday, according to AP.
