Negotiations on the settlement of the Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict continue substantively on specific issues, said Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov.
Mammadyarov made the remarks during a joint press conference with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov in Baku July 12.
