Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on approval of the “Rule on refund of VAT paid by foreigners and stateless persons for goods purchased in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan and not intended for production or commercial purposes”.
Under the decree, the rule on refund of VAT paid by foreigners and stateless persons for goods purchased in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan and not intended for production or commercial purposes will be specified by relevant executive authority.
