Azerbaijan and Turkey have discussed the course of the implementation of Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway project as chairman of Azerbaijan Railways Javid Gurbanov met with Turkish Minister of Transport, Maritime and Communication Ahmet Arslan.
Gurbanov provided an insight into rehabilitation, reconstruction and construction of the project.
Arslan said the construction in the Turkish part of the project was speeded up, adding that it finished in some parts of the railroad.
