Azerbaijan appreciates France’s efforts on Karabakh conflict settlement

Azerbaijan appreciates France’s efforts on Karabakh conflict settlement

Azerbaijan appreciates France’s efforts to resolve the Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and looks forward to the conflict’s soonest settlement, said Azerbaijan’s Deputy Economy Minister Sahil Babayev.

He made the remarks July 14 during the Bastille Day celebrations at the French Embassy in Baku.

Babayev also said Azerbaijan appreciates the relations with France, and bilateral relations between the two countries are developing in many directions.

He also highlighted the great potential for development of relations between the two countries’ regions.

France is one of Azerbaijan’s main economic partners, added Babayev.
