Lavrov, Kerry mulling Karabakh conflict in Moscow
A meeting between Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and US Secretary of State John Kerry kicked off in Moscow July 15.

Speaking to reporters before the meeting, Lavrov said that along with bilateral relations, the situation in Ukraine, the Syrian crisis and the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict will be discussed during the meeting.

Kerry, in turn, said that he will discuss his Russian counterpart the situation in the Middle East, as well as ways to resolve the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.

The sides will hold a joint press conference following the meeting.

Russian President Vladimir Putin received Kerry on July 14.
