Lavrov, Kerry hold talks in Moscow
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey and US Secretary of State John Kerry held closed-door talks more than 3 hours in Moscow July 15.
The meeting began with a minute of silence in memory of the victims of the terrorist attack committed in Nice, France July 14.

Following yesterday’s terrorist attack in Nice.

Kerry, in turn, said he had open discussions with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Kremlin July 14.

“Thank you for the constructive talks, which took place yesterday in the Kremlin. Let me ask you to convey my gratitude to President Putin. We had a productive meeting. Washington appreciates this meeting,” said Kerry.

In addition, Lavrov and Kerry discussed bilateral relations, the Syrian crisis, the situation in the Middle East and Ukraine as well as the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
