People who combat against Azerbaijan by means of grants donated by the West now get up against each other.

There is a conflict between Khadija Ismayil and chairman of the IRFS (Institute for Reporters` Freedom and Safety) Emin Huseynov who is currently in Switzerland. The reason of the conflict is clear-cut. When Khadija was in prison , her mother should have a share in grant in the amount of 127, 000 dollar. That amount of money was donated for three projects. However, Emin Huseynov assimilated that money as a mediator. In this fashion, Khadija was vexed with Emin and put the chill on him.

“…Today an interesting thing has happened: I called Khadija Ismayilova. When she heard my voice she angrily told me that she did not want to speak to me and hung up on me. I found her behavior strange. I called her again and asked the reason of her behavior. Her response was that whether I wanted to earn money on behalf of herself and other people`, Emin updated his Facebook status.



“… If you have a clear conscience, please clarify your words in public that you said in phone talk or beg my pardon”, Emin demands from Khadija in his Facebook status.

It becomes clear that they are not only offended. Khadija Ismayilova started to actively complain about Emin Huseynov and send denunciation to the donors in the West to take her revenge from him. Khadija`s revenge made Emin protect himself. As a result, he condemned Khadija in his Facebook status that she changed her position after releasing from prison. In this regard, they spilt the beans.



Interestingly, most of Emin Huseynov`s former `grant friends` commented on his status that it was not the right way to openly hold this discussion. Rashid Hajili suggested holding a discussion in closed group.



However, Emin Huseynov revealed that he was interested in spreading the issue. He even tagged the members of the Musavat party and employees of `New Musavat`who have tense relationship with Khadija in his status to find the way for the issue in the Media. He reached his goal.

The situation concerned most of the people who earn money at the expense of grants donated by the West. It is possible to see the comments of some of them (Arzu Geybulla, Anar Mammadli, Rashid Hajili, Adnan Hajizade, Zohrab Ismayil and others ) under Emin`s status update. Consequently, the discussions allow intuiting the traces of the combat between two great grant alignments.

Emin Huseynov himself admits there was a vile and disgraced fight for receiving grant. He writes: `Some of my close friends, including journalists, human rights defenders and public figures opened a very nasty dialogue among themselves. One of them tells others that IRFS has been shut down, Emin was arrested. Hereinafter, only we will consider all issues on human rights`.



Major part of allocated grants are spent for Meydan TV. So there is not enough market demand for dissidents. Emin Huseynov is the leading among them – he was one of the main grant-receiver up to the last year. Remind, before Emin Huseynov was deprived of citizenship and leaving the country, he paid 150.000 in tax debt with the grants he received. Now, the employees of Meydan TV remind him these facts.





Later, Izolda Aghayeva hinting the adoption of grants by Emin Huseynov, writes: `for me, there is a fine distinction between corrupt people in power and the corrupt people in the opposition: former ones are more decent. `

In his response Emin Huseynov insulted the correspondent of Meydan TV: `Spreading fake materials on corruption, you prove that you are something but not a journalist. Media is not your cup of tea. You can only be a butcher deceiving people in selling donkey meat instead of beef. `

The employees of the Meydan TV and Azadlig who joined the discussion reminded Emin Huseynov that his brother Mehman Huseynov sheltered himself in Khadija`s flat. Indeed, it reveals that there is not a holy thing among the people who introduce themselves as `law protector` and `dissident` in that camp. They fight for money. And they are ready to gnaw at one another. Until yesterday, Emin and Khadija introduced each other as a hero, but now get into a rut. Probably, we will witness more of insults and self-disclosures while the fight over the grant gets deep.
