German GSG 9 Special Unit, helicopters will search for Munich shooters
The elite anti-terrorist unit of the German federal police will be engaged in special operation underway in Munich, local media reported on Friday. German border patrol helicopters will also assist in operation.
According to the Focus newspaper, the elite German counter-terrorism, hostage rescue and special operations unit is on its way to the city.

Helicopters of the German border patrol will also be engaged in the search for Munich shooters.According to BR radio broadcaster, helicopters are already on their way.

Earlier in the day, media reports emerged claiming that at least 15 were killed in a shooting in the Olympia shopping center in the Moosach borough of Munich. Later reports claimed that consequent shootings were taking place all over the city.

Interior Minister of Germany`s Bavaria Joachim Herrmann confirmed that three people were killed.
