Azerbaijani Defense Ministry has dismissed the reports of Armenian media that Armenian serviceman Mher Ziloyan was wounded on July 23 at about 00:10 am, allegedly as a result of ceasefire violations by the Azerbaijani armed forces.
Azerbaijani army abides by the ceasefire agreement and controls the operational conditions on the contact line of the troops, said the Defense Ministry.
“There is no doubt that Mher Ziloyan was wounded as a result of the prevailing arbitrariness in the Armenian army,” ministry noted.
