An explosion occurred at Araz arms plant at 15:25 (UTC/GMT + 4 hours), July 26.
Eleven people were slightly injured as a result of the incident.
The injured are receiving medical treatment and are under the care of doctors.
The explosion was caused by spark in 146 tons out of 1,500 tons of products ordered by the Ministry of Defense for recycling.
