People injured in Azerbaijani arms plant blast discharged from hospital
Four people injured in the explosion at the Araz arms plant of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense Industry were discharged from the hospital July 27 morning, the country’s ministry of defense industry told July 27.
“The injured are receiving medical treatment and are under the care of doctors in Shirvan city,” the country’s health ministry told Trend July 27. “The injured people’s condition is stable and their life is not in danger.”

According to the ministry, several injured people will be discharged from the hospital in the coming hours.

An explosion occurred at Araz arms plant on July 26.

The explosion was caused by a spark among the military products ordered for recycling.

Two people, Agamir Mammadov and Ilhama Nuriyeva died as a result of the explosion, the ministry of defense industry said earlier.
