The document indicates that the ambassador will stay in the residence in Ankara, Turkey. Credentials and full powers have been issued in accordance with “Law on Diplomatic Service” and its Regulations approved by Supreme Decree Nº 130-2003-RE.
The credentials have also been submitted for the affirmative vote of the Council of Ministers.
The Supreme Resolution was signed by President of Peru Ollanta Humala Tasso and Foreign Affairs Minister Gonzalo Gutierrez Reinel.
