Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on measures on the construction of Binagadi-Novkhani-Jorat highway.
Under the order, AZN 5.9 million was allocated from the 2016 State Budget for the construction of the highway, which links 5 residential areas with the total population of 72,000 people.
The Ministry of Finance and "Azeravtoyol" OJSC are to provide proper financing and construction work.
