Russian low-cost air carrier may start flights to Azerbaijan
Russia’s low-cost air carrier Pobeda Airlines LLC, a 100-percent subsidiary of Aeroflot Group, has obtained permission to carry out flights to Azerbaijan, said a protocol of the Interdepartmental Commission for accessing carriers on international routes, posted on the website of Russia’s Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsiya).
The protocol says that Pobeda Airlines has obtained permission to carry out regular passenger flights Rostov-on-Don-Baku four times in a week.

Moreover, Komiaviatrans company has also received permission to operate flights on the routes Nizhny Novgorod-Baku, Samara-Baku and Kaluga-Baku two times in a week.
