Ambassador Alizade highlighted humanitarian and social projects organized in Pakistan through the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, saying these projects play a vital role in strengthening ties between the two nations.
The Ambassador also spoke of Armenia`s aggression against Azerbaijan. “Religious and cultural monuments, mosques were destroyed and vandalized in ancient Azerbaijani lands as a result of this aggression.” Alizade hailed Pakistan`s supporting Azerbaijan`s stance on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
