8-year-old boy questioned in UK over T-shirt’s suspicious slogan
An eight-year-old boy has been questioned by officers because of a “suspicious” motto on a T-shirt.
As The Independent reported, his teachers mistook his slogan for Isis propaganda.

In particular, the slogan said “I want to be like Abu Bakr al-Siddique”. The teacher decided that it is about Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi who is the leader of ISIS in Syria and Iraq", and hurried to inform social services. While actually Abu Bakr is a Muslim leader in the first years after the death of Prophet Mohamed who is regarded as one of the founding fathers of Sunni Islam.

As a result, he was asked about his religious beliefs , such as on whether he believed Christians go to hell when they die and what he liked to watch on TV.
