The parties stressed importance of trilateral meeting of presidents of Azerbaijan, Iran and Russia to be held August 8 at the initiative of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.
Noting that the North-South transport corridor will be one of the main topics at the trilateral meeting of the presidents, the ministers expressed confidence that this project will make an important contribution to the development of interregional cooperation.
The sides also exchanged views on other issues of mutual interest at the meeting.
