Armenia continues to violate ceasefire with Azerbaijan

Armenia continues to violate ceasefire with Azerbaijan

Armenian armed forces have violated the ceasefire with Azerbaijan 18 times in various directions of the contact line in the last 24 hours using large-caliber machine guns, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry said on Aug.4.

Armenian armed units stationed in Voskevan village of Noyemberyan district, Paravakar village of Ijevan district opened fire at the positions of Azerbaijani armed forces located in nameless uplands and Gushchu Ayrim village of the Gazakh district.

Moreover, Azerbaijani positions located in nameless uplands of Gadabay district came under fire from the positions located in nameless uplands of Krasnoselsk district.

Azerbaijani armed positions came under fire from possitions located near Merzili village of Aghdam district, Chilaburt village of Terter district, Kuropatkino village of the Khojavend district, Horadiz village of the Fuzuli district.
