Tariff Council approves prices of 219 more medicines
The Tariff (Price) Council has today held its next meeting. The Council told that prices of 219 more medicines were approved at the meeting.
Taking into account the brand and generic names, dosage, pharmaceutical form, commercial packaging, the amount of packaging, the producing country of drugs, wholesale and retail prices of 9850 medicines were approved.

7347 drugs have already been on sale with the approved prices. The price of other 2503 drugs with the approved prices will come into effect form September 1, 2016.

The prices of 44 percent approved drugs have been reduced more than 2 times, price of 25 percent of medicines reduced more than 3 times, in general, prices of 90 percent approved drugs reduced in 10 meetings of the Tariff (Price) Council so far.
