US Airline Delta expects over 100 flight cancellations on Tuesday
Major US airline Delta expects over 100 flights to be canceled on Tuesday following a system-wide power outage, the company announced in a press release.
The company said that the number of canceled flights may grow, adding that it is striving to reset the operation and get crews, aircraft and other elements of the operation back in place.

"Delta expects more than 100 flight cancellations on Tuesday morning as it continues to recover its operations following a loss of power Monday morning. In addition, Delta anticipates roughly 200 delays affecting morning departures," the airline said in the release updated on Tuesday.

On Monday, Delta canceled more than 870 flights and pledged to pay $200 in travel vouchers to all customers who suffered from delays of more than three hours or canceled flights.
