Putin: Azerbaijan is able to buy weapons anywhere
Russia is fulfilling its duties on the delivery of weapons to Armenia, Russian President Vladimir Putin stated at a joint conference with his Armenian counterpart Serzh Sargsyan.
“As to the arms, we have a work plan with Armenia. Armenia is a member of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) and our ally. We have mutual obligations, and Russia always adheres to its obligations and fulfills them,” Putin said.

The Russian leader added that in the common market of arms any country can buy practically any weapons. “And, let’s say, a country like Azerbaijan – an oil producing country with fast developing economy and quite large volume of gold value reserves - is definitely able to but it anywhere,” Putin said.
