ASAN service center in Gabala city of Azerbaijan starts its work. I congratulate you on this wonderful occasion. The highest and most modern standards are being applying in this building.
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev made the remarks at the opening of Gabala regional “ASAN xidmet” center of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations on Aug. 10, AzVision.az reports.
It will be 10th ASAN Service Center. Up to day 9 ASAN Service Centers operate in Azerbaijan – 5 in Baku and 4 in regions (Ganja, Sumgayit, Berde and Sabirabad). Now, Gabala residents will also be able to benefit from the services rendered by ASAN Service.
`ASAN service` is a serious accomplishment in public service sector. During the last 3 years at least 11 million residents applied to ASAN Service Centers. 98% of Azerbaijani population is pleased with the rendered services. Because, the main priority of ASAN services is to provide transparency and high-level service.
Besides, 10 buses operate Mobile Services. Day by day we expand the functions of ASAN service. Currently, more than 200 services are being rendered to the people. In the near future, new services will be offered on fields of utility payments and visa issues.
We are going to increase the number of ASAN service centers. ASAN service will be established in 10 – Balaken, Zagatala, Qax, Sheki, Gabala, Ismayilli, Aghsu, Shamakhi, Gobustan, Oghuz – regions of Azerbaijan.
Following Gabala, the new centers will be open in Masalli and Sheki in 2016.
There is no any bureaucracy in ASAN Service centers. ASAN service can be example for any government agency. I have already spoken in my official speeches that each government agency should take ASAN service center`s work principles and transparency as an example.
