Shanghai airports, railway stations to strengthen security due to G20 Summit
Additional security measures will be increased at railway stations and two airports in Shanghai, according to local media.
Chinese authorities will reinforce security in Shanghai`s two airports and railway stations in light of the upcoming G20 summit in Hangzhou, local media reported.

Starting Monday, additional luggage and personal checks will be in operation in Shanghai Pudong and Hongqiao international airports, the South China Morning Post newspaper reported Thursday, citing the Shanghai Airport Authority.

In addition, security measures will be increased at railway stations in Shanghai, according to the newspaper.

The G20 summit in the Chinese city of Hangzhou will be held September 4-5.
